DIRECT SUPPORT PROFESSIONAL (DSP) $18.00/hr

  • Go to the latest movies for free when working!

  • We love to go out and eat for lunch and dinner!

  • We like to be pampered! Enjoy going and getting pedicures.

  • Take our individuals to go out and eat for lunch and dinner!

  • Creating a fun environment anywhere you go! We want you and our individuals to joke around with you and have a great time!

What are the requirements?

  • You are at least 18 years of age.

  • You are a positive and supportive person.

  • You are someone who enjoys working and communicating with others.

  • You have earned a high school diploma or GED or equivalent.

  • Having a valid Oregon driver's license is preferred but not required.

  • We offer overnight and second-staff shifts that do not require driving; if you do not have a valid Oregon driver's license,

  • You can lift up to 50lbs.

  • You are able to pass a criminal background check.

  • RWC currently requires all employees, as a condition of employment, to be fully vaccinated for COVID-19 or can obtain a medical or religious exemption.

  • The Ron Wilson Center will consider requests for exemption from these requirements as a reasonable accommodation for medical reasons or sincerely held religious beliefs."

  • The CDC defines "fully vaccinated" as two weeks after the second dose for Pfizer and Moderna and two weeks after the single dose of Johnson & Johnson.
