FLEX DIRECT SUPPORT PROFESSIONAL (DSP) $20.00/hr

Job Duties: As a Flex Direct Support Professional (DSP) you will:

What does a Flex DSP do?

  • Provide support 5 days a week at many different locations within Monmouth

  • Work as a team to provide a safe environment

  • Share your skills and interests

  • Gain knowledge by working and learning about a variety of programs

  • Build Bonds with those you support

  • Travel to houses around Monmouth, Oregon, providing support o managers and team members.

  • Gan advanced certification in Oregon Intervention System (OIS)

  • Assist our individuals with their finances

  • Help maintain our individual's homes and program documents to meet state standards

What are the requirements?

  • You are at least 18 years of age.

  • You are a positive and supportive person.

  • You are someone who enjoys working and communicating with others.

  • You have earned a high school diploma or GED or equivalent.

  • Having a valid Oregon driver's license is required.

  • You can lift up to 50lbs.

  • You are able to pass a criminal background check.

  • RWC currently requires all employees, as a condition of employment, to be fully vaccinated for COVID-19 or can obtain a medical or religious exemption.

  • The Ron Wilson Center will consider requests for exemption from these requirements as a reasonable accommodation for medical reasons or sincerely held religious beliefs."

  • The CDC defines "fully vaccinated" as two weeks after the second dose for Pfizer and Moderna and two weeks after the single dose of Johnson & Johnson.
