General Description

The Maintenance Technician Position is a full time, hourly, non-exempt position.  This position requires a flexible schedule. The Maintenance Technician is responsible for a variety of maintenance, tasks, projects, repairs for the agency which may include but is not limited to, light construction, minor repairs, installation of appliances, and removal of broken property items, etc. This position reviews the use of a variety of materials using all kinds of materials and tools necessary to complete projects. The Maintenance Technician is responsible for facilities and equipment repairs. This Position performs related duties, as assigned, to ensure the efficient, effective, and safe functioning of RWC.
